When you visit this website, Squarespace — our website platform — automatically collects certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. Contact form submissions are delivered directly to and stored within our Google Workspace email account. Google Workspace is subject to Google's own privacy policy and security standards.

We do not maintain a separate customer database or CRM at this time. Information shared during an active client engagement is stored securely within Google Workspace and handled with strict confidentiality.

Who we share your information with

Margin House does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for any purpose.

Your information may be accessible to the following service providers solely for the purpose of operating our business:

  • Squarespace — our website hosting platform, which processes form submissions and site analytics

  • Google Workspace — our business email and document platform

Both Squarespace and Google maintain their own privacy policies and security practices. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

Data retention
