What does a First Look actually look like?

How do I know which service is right for me?

You don't need to. That's what the First Look is for. Most engagements start with The Foundation — understanding how the business currently operates, what's working, and where the gaps are — and we'll decide together what makes sense from there.
How long does an engagement take?

It depends on what we're solving. The Foundation is focused and time-bound. The Clarity Build and The Systems Architecture run longer depending on the complexity of the business. We scope the timeline together before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Do you work with businesses outside of Charleston?

Yes. Most of the work happens remotely, and it works well that way. If an on-site visit would add real value, that's an option — travel is covered by the client and built into the scope upfront.
